5-Minute Morning Stretch: Your Guide to Waking Up Right

Simple movements you can do right in bed to prepare your body for the day ahead. No equipment needed, just your willingness to feel better.

Start with gentle spinal twists while lying down, progress to seated edge-of-bed stretches, and finish standing beside your bed for some light movement that signals to your nervous system: "We're awake, we're moving, we're ready."

The routine: Hip circles → Neck releases → Shoulder rolls → Cat-cow stretches → Standing side bends. Each movement flows into the next, taking about one minute per position.
